Deterministic replay & ordering suite (100% pass)
PraxisNet passed all replay and event-ordering stress cases:
- Replay means we never double-charge or double-refund, even if Stripe sends the same event ten times.
- Out-of-order updates are ignored when they are older than current state.
- Late replays after dropped events do not roll state backward.
- Refund-before-charge event ordering does not corrupt settlement state.
