Who we are
Alpha Pi Omega Corp operates the Services. “Praxis” is a trademark and part of the patent portfolio under Alpha Pi Omega Corp.
Pilot-stage network disclaimer
The network and software are pilot-stage and pre-production. Features may change, be incomplete, or be discontinued at any time. You assume all risk of use, including any risk of data loss, service interruption, incompatibility, or unexpected behavior.
No token; no investment; no expectation of profit
The Services are not offered as an investment opportunity. We do not represent that using the Services, running software, or operating infrastructure will result in profit, fees, rewards, equity, or any other economic return.
If the network does not currently have a token, there is no promise or obligation to create one. Any future economic model (including fees, credits, tokens, staking, or rewards) may be introduced, modified, or removed at our discretion.
Fees and pricing
Some actions (including transaction submission and API access) may require payment of fees, either now or in the future. Fee schedules (if any) may be posted in the documentation or communicated through the Services.
- Fees may be introduced or changed at any time (including minimum per-transaction fees).
- Fees are for service usage; they are not dividends, profit-sharing, or investment returns.
- You are responsible for any costs you incur operating infrastructure (compute, bandwidth, storage, etc.).
Use of the site
You may access and use the Services for informational or permitted operational purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt, interfere with, or bypass security controls of the Services or any associated infrastructure.
Node operation and third-party operators
The network may include nodes operated by us and by independent third parties. Running a node does not make you a partner, employee, agent, or representative of Alpha Pi Omega Corp, and does not grant equity, ownership, or governance rights.
Node operators run infrastructure at their own risk and expense. There is no guarantee of uptime, compensation, reimbursement, or continued participation.
No warranty
The site and any materials are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. No warranties are made.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services to:

- Transmit malware, exploit vulnerabilities, or attempt unauthorized access.
